Were you aware that High Intensity Interval Training, or HITT, is a great way for cardiovascular conditioning? This also provides for the burning of many calories in a fairly short amount of time. It provides greater heart benefits than moderate or low intensity exercises.

The author of the eBook called the burn the fat feed the muscle program swears by this high intense exercise regimen. Tom Venuto is his name and he has appeared on many TV programs instilling the appreciation of this type of exercise accompanied by just about any diet plan. He, of course, recommends his own as listed in his book, however, if you have seen him anywhere, you would know, just by looking at him, that he knows what he is talking about!
He claims that there were people promoting the HITT type of training long before he showed up and he does indicate that, when you are ready, this is the way to exercise!
